Curly Kale (Brassica oleracea var. sabellica) - Kapitan F1
Vegetable rich in vitamin C, A and mineral salts. Leaves can be eaten in salads, cooked as for spinach or as an ingredient in soup.
A mid early hybrid variety. The plant is up to 70cm tall, wide and resistant to uprooting. The leaves are of medium green colour and very curly. It can tolerate temperatures down to -15 C. The recommended plant spacing is 60 x 80cm.
