Parsley Large Leaved (Petroselinum crispum convar.crispum) - Fest
Variety with aromatic smooth leaves rich in vitamins, used as seasoning and for dish decoration. Plants over-winter without protection.
This is a variety intesnded for all year round harvesting of quickly growing tops. Plants are of medium height, wide, with thick leaves. The leaves are smooth, medium green and uniform.
Sowing can be carried out any time during the year. In summer months irrigation may be needed. The growing time from spring and summer planting is 75 - 90 days; from autumn planting 140 - 180 days. The recommended plant spacing is 20 x 3cm.
