Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We despatch by mail - for UK / EU customers, there is a £1.00 charge for orders of 5 - 9 packets - orders for 10 or more packets are post free.
Non UK customers please note that although there is not normally any difficulty importing seeds, it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ascertain and obey all relevant local laws with regard to the possession and cultivation of any items purchased. We do not assume any responsibility if seeds are confiscated by customs or similar agencies and will not be held liable for such.
Postage charges for non UK / EU customers are not more than £2.50.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order to you by post in two business days .

Back Orders
We do not allow back orders - seed is normally in stock and, if not, only takes a matter of days to reach us.
If you find a particular item is out of stock, please revisit our website in about a week.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included at the appropriate rate.
